A Robot Mural

Recently I took my sons to visit a mural I painted in 2021, since they had been too young at the time to remember it. We walked all around its awesome home at Campus 124 in Pelham and had a fun afternoon at Valhalla Board Game Cafe. There is also a new indoor putt putt, a couple of restaurants and bars, plus a barber and other businesses there. The new green space and outdoor seating are wonderful. Worth a visit!!

My sons are constantly begging me to paint anything but flowers. So it was fun to show them this:

Campus 124 is located at the former Valley Elementary School, so I wanted to make a mural design that represented the building's past. They held open submissions for ideas and chose three local women artists as the winners.

I really enjoy painting on a large scale! I am available for murals in the Birmingham area, any subject matter goes (my sons beg you to diversify) but of course I love florals.
