Amy Anderson is a visual artist and arts educator based in the Birmingham, AL metro area. She specializes in painting abstract florals, the human form, and local city scenes. Her artistic focus is our fluctuating level of connection with nature and having conversations with color. With an academic background in Psychology, she worked in local schools doing substance abuse prevention before becoming a full time artist.
Amy began teaching art lessons in 2015, working with organizations such as the Boys and Girls Club, Girls Inc, and The Cultural Arts Center in Dothan, AL.
